The Store Manager’s job is to oversee the positive and profitable operation of their store. The biggest part of the store manager’s job will be to make sure we hire, train and keep baristas who are committed to delivering remarkable coffee shop experiences to our customers. It is critical that store managers understand how to create and maintain a healthy and positive store environment so that we keep baristas who will care about delivering the remarkable customer experience. Store Managers are expected to set the bar high for baristas in their store, to celebrate great work and to promptly and effectively discipline where necessary.
Store Managers will work closely with their respective Operations Director to promote our values-driven, for-profit culture, tell the Heine Brothers’ story and enhance the HB brand.
