Coffee & Tea: Due to its perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on coffee or tea.
Retail Merchandise: We accept returns on retail merchandise within 30 days of the order date when an item is defective (we’ll pay for return shipping if the item is defective).
Damaged in transit?: Let us know right away, so that we can get a replacement or refund to you as soon as possible.
