Returns Policy

For the Online Store:

Coffee & Tea: Due to its perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on coffee or tea.

Retail Merchandise: We accept returns on retail merchandise within 30 days of the order date when an item is defective (we’ll pay for return shipping if the item is defective).

Damaged in transit?: Let us know right away, so that we can get a replacement or refund to you as soon as possible.

Questions or issues on your order? Simply reply to your emailed receipt, or email us at, and we’ll take care of it.

All refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Online purchases cannot be returned to our neighborhood shops.
